Aapne Saptak (7 Swar) ke baare mein jaana, jo sangeet ki buniyad hain. Isse aage ka safar aur bhi interesting hai kyunki sangeet sirf swaron se nahi, balki unke mel aur raftar (speed) se banta hai.
Swaro ke baad, sangeet ke yeh 3 main pillars (khambe) aate hain:
1. Raag (The Soul of Music)
Swaro ko jab ek khaas niyam (rules) mein piroya jata hai, toh woh Raag banta hai.
- Aroh-Avroh: Raag mein upar jane (Aroh) aur neeche aane (Avroh) ke fix swar hote hain.
- Samay (Time): Har raag ka ek waqt hota hai. Jaise Raag Bhairav subah gaya jata hai aur Raag Yaman shaam ko.
- Vadi-Samvadi: Raag mein ek 'Raja' swar (Vadi) hota hai aur ek 'Mantri' swar (Samvadi) jo uski khoobsurti badhate hain.
2. Taal (The Heartbeat)
Agar swar shareer hai, toh Taal uski dhadkan hai. Bina rhythm ke sangeet adhoora hai.
- Laya: Gaane ki speed (Slow, Medium, Fast).
- Matra: Jaise Teental mein 16 matra hoti hain aur Dadra mein 6. Tabla aur Pakhawaj iska main hissa hain.
3. Thaat (The Parents of Raga)
Indian Classical Music mein hazaron raag hain, lekin unhe 10 main groups mein baanta gaya hai jinhe Thaat kehte hain.
- Bilawal Thaat (jisne saare shuddh swar hote hain) se hi baaki raag nikalte hain.
